a.  Identify five (5) different online storage where you can store and transfer files online.

Examples of online storage are Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, and Google Cloud Storage

DROPBOX  All of your work has a home on Dropbox. Whether working alone or with coworkers and clients, you may store and share data, work together on projects, and implement your greatest ideas. With Dropbox, all of your data are online and stored in the cloud.

GOOGLE DRIVE  Users can store and access files online using the cloud-based storage service Google Drive. The service syncs user data across all of their devices, including PCs, tablets, and mobile phones, including papers, images, and more. Google Drive offers apps with offline capabilities for Windows and macOS computers, and Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.

iCLOUD  Your images, files, and backups are just a few examples of the crucial data that iCloud enables you to keep safe, current, and accessible across all of your devices.  On any device, whether online, on Windows, or on a Mac, any modifications you make to these files will be duplicated on all of your other devices.

CLOUD STORAGE  Organizations can store, access, and maintain data using cloud storage, eliminating the need for them to own and run their own data centers and shifting costs from a capital investment model to an operating one. Because cloud storage is scalable, businesses can change the size of their data footprint as needed.

 ONE DRIVE
The Microsoft cloud service that gives you access to all of your files is called OneDrive. It enables you to store and protect your files, share them with others, and access them on all of your devices from any location. OneDrive is made to give consumers rapid access to their data on any device, wherever they are.

 b. Describe how to transfer the data and files online .
There are many possibilities for online file and data transfer. In such cases, we have access to resources like Google Drive, which offers online storage. At such instances, this is how the file or data transfer process operates:

Step 1.
Access your accounts by logging in on the Google Takeout website.
Step 2. After choosing Google Drive (the previous account) to export from, click "Next step". Pick a method of delivery. You must select "Add to Drive" from the drop-down option in this situation. If not, the default selection will be "Send download link via email".
Step 4. Select "Create export" next, and then wait for the process to be completed. These compressed files should then be decompressed, downloaded to your local system, and subsequently.
